I'm Captain Charlie Owens. I operate off dock of the Hampton Inn and Suites, mile marker 80, in Islamorada. I fish the upper keys and the Everglades National Park. Anglers of all skill levels are welcome on my boat, expert and first timers alike. I also enjoy fishing with kids.
